Personal information is collected on a voluntary basis. This
information is collected when you purchase By Vets Only products
or pre-register for products. Your name, your billing address,
card type, and card account number are collected for billing
purposes. Shipping information will also be collected. This
includes the recipient's name, address and phone number.
Your personal information will never, under any
circumstances, be sold or distributed to any third parties.
Customer information will only be shared with our
representatives to fulfill product orders. Aside from the
aforementioned exception, we will never share your personal
information unless we have your express written permission
or under special circumstances, such as disclosure required
by law.

Security of personal information is one of our foremost
concerns. In order to protect your information, we employ
SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This technology automatically
encrypts and encodes information before it is transmitted
over the Internet.
